I am passionate about food. Luckily, I had the privilege to grow up with home cooked Western European Food and Vietnamese food made by my mother. My family values good taste and flavor and maybe that is the reason I enjoy preparing my own meals.
However, I am very pragmatic and lazy when it comes in terms of spending time over the hob, especially when preparing my office lunches.
